A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 either cheque, money order or online banking transfer is required to hold all parties. Please remember if you cancel your party, your deposit will not be refunded, although an alternative date may be chosen. In the event The Perfectly Pampered Prince & Princess cancels your party, we will return your deposit or find you an alternative date.
If the birthday child is ill on the day of the party we will be happy to reschedule your party on a date that we can accommodate.
The balance of your party is due on the day of the party and payable in cash or cheque only.
All parties will be confirmed 48 hours prior to the party. The number you provide to The Perfectly Pampered Prince & Princess will be the number of children you will be charged for. If your numbers increase you will be charged for the additional children, if your numbers decrease you will still be charged for the number you provided 48 hours prior to the party.
We ask that your guests come to the party with clean, dry hair, as well please remove all nail polish from hands and feet.
Please advise us at the time of booking if your child or any child in attendance has any allergies. We will do our best to avoid using any products that might affect them.
If your party consists of a DVD video, we will strive to maintain quality in the production of your music video. But, unfortunately due to the production process used to produce the DVD, glitches may occur especially with the video and audio syncing. Every video produced is done at the creative discretion of the producer. The outcome of the video including the transitions and the type of footage used is subjective to the producer and is deemed by what is available during production.
In the event of a technical issue i.e: video does not record, out of focus pictures, tapes lost or stolen, or camera malfunction; a full refund for the DVD portion of the party only will refunded. The producer will determine compensation for other concerns or issues. Video delivery time is estimated at 6-8 weeks (during peak times this could exceed 8 weeks)
Mobile Parties
The minimum number for mobile parties is 5 children; if your party consists of less than 5 children you will still be charged the rate for 5 children.
If your party is outside the listed locations a $15.00 traveling charge will be added.
For parties of more than 10 kids, a 15% gratuity will be charged.
During a mobile party food can be served during the party although it is advisable that the food is finger food. It is easier if you serve larger meals including cake before or after the spa portion of the party.
Location Parties in Orangeville
Since you are considered the renter for the location, you can bring in your own food and cake, however we do have a special pricing package for pizza with Toppers and would be happy to arrange that for you. Please be sure to bring Cutlery, Napkins, Plates, candles etc to the location.
General Procedures
We reserve the right to refuse any child who we suspect as having lice, warts or other communicable disease. We will let the host parent know in a discrete and appropriate manner.
It is of the utmost importance that we practice safe disinfection processes on each child. Therefore we will clean every hairbrush with Barbicide. We will clean and dump each footbath after each use, we wear gloves when doing pedicures and we use disposable files and orange sticks for manicures and pedicures. We also use disposable applicators for make-up applications
Mobile Parties
We are flexible about the room in which you decide to hold your party, although we ask that the room is accessible to water, electrical outlets and provides enough space for your children and our crew.
Where possible we ask that you provide a table and two chairs for our manicure station.
We provide everything for the footbath station portion of the party except the towels. We ask for one large towel for underneath the footbath and several hand towels to dry feet.
