1.Do you supply dresses or costumes at the party? We don’t supply dresses or costumes at our parties because of several reasons. The first is we believe that each child is unique and therefore their personal style makes them unique. We promote self-esteem and the best way to enhance this is by having the kids come dressed to the party in outfits that suit their style. Some kids don’t like dressy outfits and others like jeans and therefore this is how they should dress for the party. Another reason is for hygienic purposes. It would be impossible to clean every costume appropriately to avoid any transmission of germs or lice etc. It is in the best interest of children to wear their favourite outfit and just be themselves. 2. What do I need to provide for the experience? All we require is an area big enough to hold our staff and the guests. If your party includes footbaths we require easy access to water, and towels. Other than that we require a table and two chairs to do manicures. Please keep in mind that we are working with water and hair spray, so choose a room that is easy to clean and works well for this type of party. 3. How long will my party take? Parties of up to 6 kids last anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours, if you have more than 6 kids the party can last 2-3 hours depending on the package and the ages of the children. 4. At what time during the party should I serve food? It is advisable to serve food prior or after the party. This allows for the party to run smoothly and allows the children to enjoy the experience. The only exception to this would be finger food, which is easy to serve and does not interrupt the party. Children can eat while awaiting services. 5. Do I need to tip the party hostess? A gratuity is not added to your party package, however if you feel that the party hostesses have provided you with exceptional service please feel free to acknowledge that. If your party consists of 10 or more children a 15% gratuity will be automatically added to the party. 6. What time will you arrive for the party? We will arrive to the party at the time we have provided for the party to start. On occasion we may arrive 10 minutes early but this is subject to traveling conditions, destination and road conditions. Otherwise we will arrive on time to get the party started.
